Saturday April 6th is our 2013 Blue and Gold Ceremony / Pack Meeting. It will be held at Church for Life from 2:00-5:00pm. Each den will be doing a skit and award presentations, including rank advancements. In addition BBQ prizes will be awarded, and the bike raffled. We will also be doing random drawings for door prizes, so this is one event you will not want to miss.
Finger food will be provided during the event, but we also ask that each family bring a dessert to share with the Pack. We will be doing a dessert competition for anyone who would like to submit a homemade desert, which will be judged on appearance and taste. It is OK if the dessert is store bought but only homemade desserts will be allowed in the competition.
Lastly, it is time to say goodbye to our Webelos II scouts, and their families, as they earn their Arrow of Light, and bridge into Boy Scout Troops. This marks the end of their Cub Scout path and starts them on their next journey. Family members and relatives are all invited to see your scout earn rank advancements, and for Webelos II scouts, bridge out of Pack 93. All scouts should be in full Class A uniform. We hope to see everyone there.
Blue & Gold was excellent. Thank you to all that attended and helped. A few pictures.

Hello Pack 93,
We are having our annual December Pack Meeting this Sunday starting at 3:00pm. The Pack Meeting will be at YOYO (Your Orcutt Youth Organization) building on Foster Road (Map and link for directions below). This will be a fun filled afternoon/evening with the following events (not in order):
Attendance is strongly recommended! Scouts should wear their Class A uniforms.
First Pack Meeting / Firebowl at Calvary Chapel, in the grass field located towards the rear of Calvary Chapel’s parking lot. Come learn what Pack 93 is all about and the program that we provide cub scouts. We will have food and displays setup starting at 5:00pm.
Friday, December 16th at 6:30pm. This year has been flying by and it is time again for our December/Winter pack meeting. The meeting will be held at the Discovery Musueum in Santa Maria starting at 6:30pm. It will be a fun evening, with many festivities including a dessert pot luck. We are asking each family to bring a dessert so that there will be more than enough for all that attend. The pack will be providing the drinks including coffee and hot chocolate.
We are still trying to be a green pack so we are asking everyone to bring their own cup/mug and plate to cut down on the waste. Those that bring their own cup and plate will have entries into a raffle and prizes will be awarded. A few of the activities for the evening will include a rumored visit from Santa Clause, pie throwing at leaders for all scouts who sold more than $600 in popcorn and more.
We will also be taking orders for sweatshirts and t-shirts for parents and scouts. Each scout should have a class ‘B’ shirt by now, and if not plese see cub master Paul. Shirts can be purchased for $10 and hoodie style sweatshirts are $20. Please bring check, cash or credit card and sizes with you and we will get these ordered so you can show off your pack pride.
All scouts should be in uniform and all sibilings and family members are welcome to this event.

Fire Bowl: First Pack Meeting of the School Year!
This is a great opportunity to find out what Pack 93 is all about and to welcome all existing scouts back as we start off the new school year. The fire bowl will be at 6:00 pm at the fire ring located in the back of Pioneer Park. We will have skits, cheers, songs and more. After the meeting, we will have a movie night under the stars. The movie will be a kid friendly movie, with popcorn and hot chocolate. Families will have the opportunity to camp that night at the park, but will have to be packed up by 9:00 am the next morning.
Pioneer Park Map with ability to look up directions is below. See you all there!!
