Fall Campout #1 – September 21st-23rd, 2012

September  21st – 23rd

Fall Camp Out #1: We have a very rare and special camping trip  planned for the end of September.  Pack 93 is going to be able to camp at Mussel Fort where there is a very cool ghost town.  Mussel Fort has several buildings to explore, an old Saloon, Jail, General Store and others.  This is all thanks to the generosity of the private owners and pack 93 parents for making this happen.  This is a rare opportunity since Mussel Fort is not open to the public.  It is going to be a great and memorable event.  Mussel Fort is located out in Tepusquet about 30 minutes from Orcutt.  There will be other events planned for the campout with an itinerary to follow.  This is one event you don’t want to miss.  Even if you can’t make it for the entire time, you will want to come experience this piece of Santa Maria history.
